Sensei Christine Grande
I’ve always been attracted to the physical aspect of karate. This
is what first brought me to the Port Chester Dojo in 1998. However, I
quickly realized that karate was more than just a physical art. The mind is
more powerful than I ever could have imagined. “Whether you think you can
or think you cannot, you are right. “ Over the years I’ve realized that
karate is a lifestyle. It is not just a hobby. It is a way of thinking, a
way of acting, a way of breathing, and a way of being. I’m glad that I have
chosen to follow this “way.”
