Our doors are always open, stop by and visit.

We are conveniently located in central Westchester and we are approximately 2 miles away from I-287 which all major highways feed into.  We are about 10 minutes from Connecticut, 25 minutes from New Jersey, and 45 minutes from NYC.

from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

From Westchester Avenue or from the East
- You can exit at EXIT 10 (if on I-287 heading West, then get to Westchester Avenue), stay on Westchester Avenue, Route 120 will be on the right.
- Make a right onto Route 120 North and head north.  When you reach Anderson Hill Road, make a right.
- Head east on Anderson Hill Road for about 1 1/4 mile and you will see the SUNY Purchase campus on the left.
- At the traffic light, make a left onto campus and make your first right at fork and follow road for about 1 mile.
- The Athletic building is the first large building on the right.  (on the way there you will cross two openings with stone pavers set into a circle.
- When you pass the second circle, make a right at the sign for "Athletes International".
- Drive down the hill and park in the back of the building and enter through the rear main doors.
- After entering the rear main doors at the ground floor level, go up to the first floor for the locker rooms or go directly to the dojo which is on the second floor.  Keep an eye out for signs on the second floor directing you to the dojo.

From the West
- Take I-287 East to Exit 8 EAST (be careful there is an Exit 8 WEST - do not take that exit).
- Make SECOND LEFT onto Anderson Hill Road, cross over I-@*& and bear right following signs to "Purchase College".
- Proceed about 2 miles to the college entrance on your left.
- At the traffic light, make a left onto campus and make your first right at fork and follow road for about 1 mile.
